I've been doing some purging of files and ended up with a lot of the hanging file folders. I didn't want to throw them away, but kind of defeats the purpose of purging if I'm just going to keep the folders. Then, low and behold Ms. E comes up with this beautiful useful folio project. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible creativity and crafty knowledge. I so enjoy your tutorials. 😷

Love this journal. By breaking it down you have made it easy to make. In the UK we have Remembrance Sunday also called Poppy Day. It is 11th November or the closest Sunday to it.💖

Hearing you talk of things being in 3’s or 5’s reminds me of my grandmother. She would say when planting flowers to plant in clusters of 3 or 5 but not singly. Good memory. Your journal is beautiful!

Wow Edith... this turned out simply stunning! Your cover is like one lady said... a reminder of a pretty parlor with rose wallpaper, a little table with a doily tablecloth and a cup of tea! I've never seen the double stacked doily and love the look of it. Also, your inside folios are darling and I want to make the smaller one on the right side as a stand-alone folio as a gift for someone I have in mind. I do want to make this folio but won't get it done for the May Challenge, but it will definitely be on my "to do" list! Also, where do you store these? Do you have a nice big shelf area to store all of your gorgeous albums and folios??? I don't really have any room to put more than a couple, but I really DO want to make them all!

Absolutely beautiful folio! Thank you! I’m sure you will enjoy and relish using it! In Australia, we honour our military personnel on the 25th April which is called ANZAC Day by holding commemorative services around the country with most of them happening very early in the morning at dawn. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and dates back to World War 1. In some centres, street parades featuring our veterans and also our present serving military personnel and family members are held. However, not this year due to the virus. Hopefully, this little piece of information answers your question. 😀🇦🇺

Ms Edith, could you slide a pen down that second small slot where you have the tickets. Then you would have one at the front of the folio and easy to grab.
