the ending was good, and the anime as a whole was amazing

One thing I dislike about the ending is Eren crying about Mikasa specifically. Like we know Mikasa always loved Eren we see that tru all 4 seasons like her constantly asking if hes ok, putting a jacket on him and asking if hes cold, thinking about him when hes gone, and alot of other small and big moments. but there arent any moment of Eren doing the same to her so I just cant convince myself that he loved her. Before season 2 ep 12 and after that episode he was and continued literally ignoring her, she was last thing on his mind. If Eren cried about losing EVERYONE meaning Mikasa/Armin and all his friends then Id like that more than him saying "I want her to love me for 10 years at least". If only it was "I want to be with you guys for 10 more years at least".

The only thing I would change is the thing where Eren caused his mom to die. Him being able to control all titans through time is too OP and opens up way too many questions about how he could have influenced time differently. Also him making a choice that causes his mom to die is totally out of character. Eren's entire motivation stems from his mother being killed.

eren said many times , he tried to change the future through past actions but it was not possible , the only thing he could have done was do the things which are already destined .

@umamishra956 Yeah, that is just weak time travel writing. You've either got the ability to influence time or you don't. And again, Eren would outright refuse to do something that saves one of his enemies and causes his mother's death. Even if he couldn't impact the timeline, he would stubbornly do nothing rather than cause his mother to die. The better writing choice would have been to limit the time travel abilities to communicating with other attack titans. That was perfectly power balanced and a mind boggling twist. Extending the power beyond that scope was a huge mistake.

the reason why it was added, and the reason why its a must is because in season 4 you see when they see memories of the future and how eren was able to deliver partial memories of the future to his father, it also led to Grisha warning zeke about stopping eren because of the terrible things that he had seen in those memories. in this case, Eren can't pass memories to himself in S3P2 time line, he had to do it through Grisha, what he had shown to him was selective by him....that being said, Grisha had no idea whether or not Carla was alive at the time, because Eren intentionally hid that from him, and thats also why he didn't know until the end as well for himself because whatever Grisha saw is what eren sees after touching historia's hands. Grisha, specifically said that he wanted zeke to stop eren after he had murdered the Reiss Royal family, but still gave the founder + attack titan to eren, this was BECAUSE he learned the truth about Carla and what happened to her, and it made him give into eren, in exact words, "avenge your mother". Carla had to die for everything to happen

I think atp eren influences his mothers death he knows what hes doing is bigger than him. he carries a level of patriotism, which is also carried by his love for mikasa and his friends. he says more than once that even though he flip flopped between regretting his decisions, the rumbling still felt like something he wanted and needed for his people. And even tho he couldnt promise eternal peace it seemed like it was peaceful for a pretty long time, he could never beat the cycle formed from human nature. I actually like the ending, I think its a realistic interpretation of humanity and not just concluding with a good ending to make us feel better.
