In case you forgot, thar drunk guy hugged Zofia a few episodes back while mistaking her for Gabi. In that same scene, there was a black cat jumping in front of the screen (which symbolizes bad luck). I think Willy doesn't really hates them...Willy knows that The Founding Titan's full ability can only be used by a person of royal blood, but that person will be bound by "Vow of renuncing war" and will not be an enemy. (During S4E4 when Willy converses with Commander Magath he says "This path of Warmongering Marley chose for itself". This implies that Marley attacked Paradis island by sending warrior unit to obtain the Founding Titan and be more powerful so that they can be most powerful in the world, and also for some resources found in Paradis. "Eldians are spawn of devils" narrative suited their plan. But actually their plan was different, suffering of Paradis Island Eldians was collateral damage.) However, When Willy read the reports of Warrior unit's fight with Paradis, he got to know that Eren Yeager holds the Founding Titan now and is someone who is not royal. But when he got to know that during a battle Eren controlled pure titans he was shocked. He didn't knew that Eren needs to touch a titan of royal blood to activate full powers of Founding Titan. Now Willy thinks that Eren is someone who can activate full power of Founding Titan and is not bound by First King's will. So he sees Eren and Paradis island as a threat. In order to eliminate them he arranges the theatre play to get the world to their side, to build a black and white narrative where Eldians of Paradis become the antagonist. Willy also mentions that he is someone on whose shoulder the responsibility of Tyburs fell upon. He is under so much pressure because of the Eldian, Marleyan problem. That could be a reason for hating Eldians as he mentioned in the speech. Sorry for my English, it's not that good . Definitely Willy is a complex written character.

When Jean was saying to flock how they should keep casualties to a minimum he knows where they are, Flock thinks the civilians are marleyan but the beginning of the episode show that Willy knew they would attack and made sure it took place in the middle of Liberio, the Eldian area so all those Innocents they killed weren't justice it was just a massacre because they were killing their own in a blind rage like Kratos killing his family in God of War, yeah he killed the enemy but also his family because of his own blind violence, Eren knew and still did it because he has no choice but the scouts are the ones in control and can actively see civilians running away and still choosing to fire anyways, even Sasha at least shot soldiers holding weapons

I find it very interesting how despite Armin being the one who's supposed to take up Erwin's mantle eventually, Eren and Floch resemble his ideals a lot more. With Eren being the devil to make the hard decisions and Floch representing Erwin's, "the plan has to succeed, civilians or not". It's very interesting. Floch is definitely an interesting character. Lara Tyber absolutely demolished Eren in about 2 strikes, almost one shot him and had Mikasa not shown up, things weren't looking good. And Levi when Porco showed up. Even though things changed, some things are the same. But where is Monke?

Not attacking Paradis is an unacceptable risk because they KNOW that Paradisians have all the tools to attack. @@neyte7313 please try to understand and focus more maybe they expected an attack but it's not like Marleys don't have a choice why aren't they trying to listen why they keep attacking they don't care about casualties in paradise when Marleys sent warriors tyber family kept quiet and didn't do anything if they know eren has access of the founder why those fools are risking an attack besides now that they know eren has taken the founder they must think that all these years they have been attacked and the king won't do anything eren has taken it to defend his home while eren hasn't done anything and paradise haven't done anything yet even if they know they have infiltrated why not trying to listen, if they know there is a chance of the rumbling why they attack them what do they expect in return do they think that they can do anything they want and expect paradise to do nothing?and it's there mistake to attack paradise in the first place and not bcs of fear, bcs they want to obtain the founder and how the king would react and so casually talking about attacking paradise and persecuting them like they mean nothing to them

I dont think "hardening" in itself should be divided into different categories just because of the aesthetic, its all the same material, but the anime just makes it look different for the sake of looking cool. I like how Mappa's version of Eren hardening his fists looks more like rock and stone, while Wit's version reminded me too much of ice (altho it was supposed to look like crystal). Most of the titans seem to apply hardening in some way, Armored as a protection measure, War Hammer in form of tools, Jaw in the mandibule and the fingers, and Annie and Eren (and probably Zeke too) have it artificially through seruns like Eren consumed.

People were complaining about the characters' "new" designs, specifically that they look "fuller". But in reality it makes sense they look like that now? In the previous seasons it was established that most people (especially the soldiers) of Paradis have been a little malnourished because the food had to be rationed after the fall of wall Maria. So they looked skinny. But it's been 3 years since they finally regained the power over whole island and they probably had contact with outside world so it's fair to assume they could finally feed people properly and gain weight.

The nice nuance between what reiner and eren did, is that Eren got to know and understand the enemy before doing his crazy attack, Reiner thought they were all island devils when he first attacked. So Eren actually did somethin more brutal than what Reiner

Animation is downgraded for sure, warhammer titan looks like a 3D model... but we must understand that Mappa was only given 8 months to animate the Whole 16 episodes. WIT took 4 full months to animate the s3 e17 Levi vs Zeke fight alone. Isayama wanted the anime to end with the manga's ending so that's that

This normally doesn't happen because an anime is created in the purpose of promoting the manga mainly. That's what happened with promised neverland. Manga finished before the s2 dropped, so they just rushed the 2nd season

idt it was isayama's decision to end the anime with the manga (of course it didn't happen). it was most probably Kondansha's since they wanted to grab as much as cash possible from aot since they though once the manga ends, the hype will die slowly until the rest of the anime airs, which it actually did. of course its my theory...

Lmao CGI was NOT only noticeable, it was ONLY a 3D model following basic motions no drawing done at all. I UNDERSTAND why they have to do it, but NO. It doesn't look amazing, it looks good enough. WIT's CGI was poorly handled sure but the 2D animation they did was one of the best I've ever seen. Don't get me wrong I know what Mappa's animators had to go through, so that's why it's limited to this

@@sdbzfan1 there was never any chance ... they declared war on paradis , most people there were crying of joy , even if we asume they wouldnt ally with marley ( which i somehow disagree ,after it was said in the same show that the outside world hates eldians more than marley ) marley alone has enaugh power to destroy paradis ... there is 1 chapter in the manga , not really a spoiler , read only if you want .... that will explain paradis chance at peace with any one , and what made eren lose all hope for peace , cause there was 1 instance that was just to much for him to belive anymore in any kind of talk with them ... beside this i agree that the argument reiner did it first is just trash ...
