I missed that one too, first time I watched. Thankfully, it's not super important. I remember when I got to the end of Ep 12 and then 16 when [SPOILER]... they showed Pieck, Galliard, and Reiner invading, and I was like, "Oh okay they decided to invade? Makes sense I guess." 😆Didn't feel like I missed anything!

Well technically when Sasha died she said Niku~ (which means meat), but phonetically it could be Nicolo but just wasnt completed. But in the manga the japanese character was definitely "meat".

I know y’all are super ahead but if you’re able to see where Floch is coming from because he survived Erwin’s charge you should also see where Gabi’s coming from where she saw her home attacked and innocents being killed around her. She’s also twelve, super impressionable age and all the adults/the entire society indoctrinated her

Floch was a shithead from the moment he was introduced. Also at this point Gabby has seen enough to realize shit is not black and white (LIKE FALCO) but she just chooses to close her eyes to it all and fight to protect the lies she's been told. I get it, but it's so very VERY frustrating to watch

I think Gabi is 14, since Falco said she would be max 27 if she inherited the Armored, so 27-13 is 14. But I agree with all your points, I understood and loved Gabi's character from the start.

Gabi on the other hand...I get it, she's s victim as well, but it's SO FRUSTRATING seeing her trying to protect her opressors at all costs. At this point she has seem enough to start questioning the world and back down a little (LIKE FALCO IS) but she just chooses not to. It's like she's closing her eyes covering her ears and going "LA LA LA LA" to everything around her

Great episode! The Gabi/Kaya arc is my favorite of the season. I would only ask that you give Gabi the same patience that you were asked to give Floch -- even more actually, since Gabi's a kid and Floch's an adult now.

Interesting to refer to Floch as an Eren Supremacist because though he's always going off about following Eren and pushing his ideals, the things he promotes (global imperialism) run completely contradictory to what we know of Eren for the past 3 seasons. And a thing about Falco that people miss a lot is that this kid is a literal one in a million. Udo stated how people from other nations treat Eldians much worse than the Marleyans do. Even the middle easterns from the first episode refused first aid because they would be "tainted" by the Eldians. Falco's attitude is the exception not the rule. And if you look at all the non-Paradisian people that have similar views to Falco (Magath, Onion coupon, the Warriors, Azumabitos), all of them have unique experiences outside of the global norm. For all intents and purposes, Gabi's thinking is line with a majority of the world.

yes the whole world is afraid of the titans and therefore hates the Eldians. Much more than Marley who at least has some under his control. But the vast majority of people are neither Gaby nor Falco. They are Hannes, Jean (at the start) or Carla, people who want to remain calm and hidden in comfort.

And the world isn't exactly like Gabi, but are in her line of thinking. A better way to put it is, the vast majority of the world's populace is closer to Gabi than they are to Falco.
