Attempt At Cranking 3

Ok I realize that I was pressing the wrong pedal at first lol thanks for pointing that out to me you guys.
This time it actually sounded like it wanted to start and almost cranked. I guess when the mechanic said that it was spewing gas it's probably because he checked the fuel pump and it had gas still in the line. So maybe it's just probably clogged and not damaged. I checked under the hood before and after the video and didn't see any sign of leakage and I didn't smell anything either. I'll probably try again later though. Thanks everyone.

nice video, definitely sounds like the battery needs a charge. you care it and pump the gas while you turn the key it just might start! try it and keep posting thanks!

Jump the battery and have a code tester put on it if it cranks normal. There may be a drain on the battery.

It sounds like it's getting better. It's definitely sounding better than it did in the first video. I'm sure I'm not the only one to mention this, but be careful not to pump it too much. If you pump the gas too much while trying to start it, it will cause the engine to flood, which will make getting it started much more difficult.

I had a car like that it was 96 Honda, basically same as yours, sounds like battery is weak, loose connection, check all connections coming to battery make sure they are good and tight Cold weather will kill a battery really quick. you say you replaced it, possible you got bad one off the shelf.

Chasity I am so sorry you had to deal with all the million stupid comments from demos kratos. Pumping the car while cranking it will flood it out more. If its already flooded just hold the gas pedal to the floor while u crank it. After a few tries it should start up. Mazdas are notorious for flooding out. Glad you got ur car fixed

one thing I can tell when u pump the gas pedal it sounds very promising of cranking up so try a little longer and keep pumping it the way u do

Chasity S. Good morning chasity when you go out to crank your car do the same thing you did yesterday just crank it longer and pump it like u did in the last video and I'll look at it hopefully it will start today I got your back

Chasity S.hey make sure u keep checking under the hood to see if gas is spilling or if u smell gas if u don't that's a good sign that means there's no damage to your fuel pump

The fuel pump is clog so by u pumping the gas pedal it will release the gas and have your car to crank up that's how it works

Yeah you got it now and it almost started just keep pumping the gas pedal and it will start try putting more gas in it too ok you can do it chastity

Your killing that battery sweetheart. Pump while ur turning the key tho. It's fuel injected so pumping it without cranking it is pointless
