Attempting to leave the Great Sky Island with ONLY 3 hearts - Is it possible? (No glitches) [Totk]

Apparently to activate the memory/cutscene needed to leave the Great Sky Island, you need to open the door, which requires 4 hearts to do so. So leaving the Great Sky Island with only 3 hearts is impossible to do without glitches. (Though it might be possible with glitches)
Also sorry for the weird transitions, I recorded this video using the Nintendo Switch screen recorder, which limits up to 30 seconds max per video. Since this video is more than 30 seconds long, I had to put together multiple 30 second videos, which made some transitions kind of bad.
