@@pareshmehra869 Bro first u need to sort the data code wise both in sheet 1 and sheet 2, so that it is parallel to each other...Then u copy the data from sheet 2 and paste it in sheet 1 by paste special option with marking 'skip blanks' box.. But before do dis make sure both the data in sheet 1 and sheet 2 are parallel or same to each other by codes & columns
