@@msirsohail कक्षा छठी बच्चों का माह की का उपस्थिति पत्रक बनाना है. 1अप्रेल को 40 मे से भी 36उपस्थित है और जब है A दर्ज करे तो A को वजा और एक P को जमा करे. 36-40=4 जैसे उपस्थित 36 अनुपस्थित 4 कुल 40 यह formula se atuomatic आए इसलिए sheet में formula बताइए.

@@msirsohail I want to make a daily attendence sheet in which firstly we would save the information (like names and roll numbers). Then we can daily mark attendence by just entering roll numbers that are not in sequence (like 52,32) and it would mark as p in front of respected name as of roll number

@@msirsohail noo sirr, actually in my sheet we sometimes provide PP for some workers when they work so much... For example 2 workers work they are doing singly. So in such cases in a single cell we put PP. So in such cases how can I find the total.?? Is there any other way??

Bt in certain instances, for example like he is working extra that is he is doing double work at a single day so in such cases we will give him the attendance as PP in that day, so in a single cell in an excel sheet there comes PP. How can we sum up at last when such cases are coming??
