You normally upload on Friday or Saturday and we watch your video while we eat bfast before church on Sunday morning. I make grits and eggs every Sunday morning and we have it as a bowl. Plenty of cheese! One of your other questions is what is our favorite meat....BEEF! We buy from a local farmer so it is as natural as possible. We love your story telling, family values and faith. As with most of the places you review, we don’t have one of those here. I have heard of El Pollo Loco, but so sad for me…not in NW Ohio. i always made me my mom n late older brother tortilla's and imperial margarine melted on them to keep them soft n tasty id sprinkle some Louisiana crystal hot sauce more flavor hardly hot on them a few drops and oh my gigachu the flavor is heavenly, when you said that about the tortilla brought me back to the times i made those.

Also what do i eat? For bfast i have a cup of cottage cheese with a hard boiled egg and cherry tomatoes, lunch i usually have a half turkey or tuna sandwich and dinner i always have whatever i make for my family. I like to cook and make a menu. We dont eat out very much because...well u know $12 for 2 pieces of chicken..lol Mondays are salads with grilled chicken and avacado, tuesdays is a pasta dish, wednesdays is a chicken dish, thursdays is beef and fridays is tacos... we love tacos on the weekends everyone takes care of themselves so i can have time off. Cooking for 4 every night is a lot of work

If you ever come down to San Diego you've gotta hit Old Town. They have really good mexican restaurants with huge margaritas and Mariachi bands that play at your table! Also I love how you talk about your mother. You know that a guy is a good guy when he shows love and respect for his mom. ❤ lastly..what does dovin sena mean? It was great to see you back with your lunch reviews. I had Pollo Loco one time when someone bought it to work for a pot luck lunch. While the intention of a pot luck is usually bringing in homemade food, this wasn't an unwelcome suprise. Raspberry Iced Tea is awesome, I don't think I've tried the Fuze version. I was in between meals when I watched, so I just snacked on some Dots southwest seasoned pretzels 😊. Good job on the signing in the intro. 🎉

You’re a coffee man.. well lemme tell ya about my favorite coffee now: pour over coffee. You probably know about this already, but it’s a carafe that has a stainless mesh cone filter that sits in it, and you pour “just the right temperature” of hot water from a gooseneck kettle over whatever kind of ground coffee you prefer. I usually sweeten mine with stevia and use a combination of hazelnut cream and Italian sweet cream. It’s so good! I ordered my setup from Amazon 👍

I'm vegan Atticus, thanks for asking. Tofu is my favourite protein. Then seitan. Pumpkin seeds, pistachios and " Californian Walnuts ". Also love smashed chickpeas in tartare sauce. I laughed and laughed at your broccoli antics. Funny with the Kevin reference from The Office. Same sense of humour😂🥦 I love broccoli with soya sauce 😋 Ooh and molten lava hot baked beans with sour dough toast is a favourite on a cold day. And Vegemite toast with coffee for breakfast. that does look so heavenly ill cook up some tasty mashed potatoes with some homemade gravy i tend to stay away from pork i love chicken but fish the very most occasionally some hamburger, no ham noperino, no worries it does make sense indeed they did not cook it long enough or drain the water thoroughly from the potatoes, fish is my fave protein, i love chicken some red meat like pemmican and burgers but mostly chicken and fish, hope momma debby is doing ok and staying cool

Misses ya too Atticus brother in Christ, im having some coffee with a homemade burrito with some salsa and a can of sliced peaches too very tasty and my fave treat avocado's im addicted to avocado's, raspberry tea sounds delightful i can not have stevia at all when i found out it causes a strange interaction with my medications and im hypo glycemic again i healed up thanks to Jesus in heaven i give all credit to him i burn up sugars real fast again, tasty salsa Verde it looks like a lil bit of basil in it might be or a dash of cumin, oh im very careful with salt too needs a perfect balance of flavors not to less or to much, cause most do that one size fits all diet for all people they dont get that each human is so much different from each other like me and you, oooooooh i love mashed tatties with gravy or as they say in London mash n gravy
