Atticus, you don’t even need to speak to let us know how great the food is you’re eating; I can see it in yours eyes. Chinese food is one of my favorites. Egg foo young; I’m great at making it …..and I’m Hispanic. I can’t speak Spanish but I can cook great Chinese food 😊. Wherever I got a job assignment, if it was Asian people, Mexican people or Italian people…..after my work was done I’d always ask the people how they would prepare their homeland foods. It seemed to make many of these good people happy that I was so interested. Keep the videos going buddy. You’re making a sort of lonely guy very happy watching your videos. Thank You Buddy. May our Creator always have his loving hands on your life . 😊 Atticus, please do me a favor; please pray for me that I will get over these awful anxious feelings these first holidays without my mom and dad . Thank You .😊

Hi, Atticus! Your little burst of glee, after that first bite of chicken, made me giggle! Yay for good food! Also, I would’ve had to have cotton candy, too. 😉😁We don’t have a China town here, but we have several authentic Chinese restaurants, as well as an Asian grocery. As a matter of fact, on my wedding day, 44 yrs ago, we ate an early lunch at a family-owned local Chinese place and its still there, still family-run. Almond chicken & Szechuan chicken are my go-to’s. Also, your respect for your mom always shines through, props to her for raising you well.

I had to miss Christmas dinner with the neighbors(family) Son & I are sick :( & they stepped up! Brought my son & I food & so much support 🫶🤗 Dropped it on my doorstep 💕What got me was my neighbor/friend (the chef if you will) went down the hill today from big bear and texted me beautiful pictures of her desert property! She said she was outside with her coffee just enjoying nature and hearing the cows moo-ing. I can’t wait to go out there! Not that Big Bear is ….it’s beautiful & wonderful but a scene change is impending :) There’s horses & horizons & cows & her house is SO cute. Just reminded me her saying hearing the cows. San Francisco used to have an excellent China Town as well. Haven’t been in over 20 years though. Unfortunately there is nothing exceptional in the suburbs where we live 😩.
