Are you sure the UCL and LCL are correct? Those values look unstable.

If we have the very high sample size like 25000, Whether it will affect the UPL and LCL values.

If you look at the control limit formulas, the +/- part is dividing by the sample size. So, the control limits should be narrower for the larger sample size. You can play with MS excel to see how it changes with different sample sizes.

Add one more column next to LCL put an 'if' condition 'if less than zero then put zero'.

In this example, the total number of subgroups is 26. The size of a subgroup is the number of samples taken under each subgroup.
