I am so glad I made this video! I knew I might start a bit of people analytics controversy over the annualized attrition rate and there was so much good content here and over in the LinkedIn comments of the post. Annual attrition rates. Say that the company loses 75 per cent of their new hire within the 1st quarter and 15. per cent of the new hire within the 3 quarter and will as 45 percent of their older employees with in the year. Due to new management personnel. With very harsh attitudes This company with have to get new hires or get rid of the new management personnel program. Or if a rate of for every one new hire 30 people resign from the company new and old You may have a problem with the company overall right. If the company size is small to medium size, large size companies
