I"ve charged up the remote but it does not turn green; I've charged it up for a long time and it still does not turn on? any idea why?

@@Henrz999 sadly, I didn’t take out the clear tape that blocks the connection between the batteries n the connectivity area .... some electronic devices will put the batteries in place, but put a clear plastic tape between the connection; so as not to wear out the batteries; once I removed the clear plastic, it worked fine...
