Hey , I have a question, does this motor have a reverse gear ? cuz i am looking for an engine for my k pipe but all the motors are manual shifting and the semi automatic ones have 3 speed forward and 1 reverse but i only need 4 speed… could anybody help ?

All ATV motors are with reverse gear. Pit bike motors are with 4 forward gears and no reverse gear

You have to see the model of your motor and you can order the correct part.

Check the idle RPM. If it is too high this could be the problem.

See this clutch, could it being in that condition stop it from going into forword gear? Mines exact same, engine still runs etc but will only go into reverse and neutral, and won't go into forword gear. Do you think it'll be transmission need changed or could be clutch. Thanks

I brought a new auto clutch soaked it in oil then installed it correctly and my back wheel is rotating the bore won’t roll in a neutral gear so back wheel is so hard to rotate Evan though it’s fully auto and if I turn the engine on the back wheel spins fast with engine rpm ever had this?

If I understand correctly I think you have problem with the transmission. Can You switch to all gears?

@@BoatMotors it’s fully auto no gears I think rpm makes the clutch grab and spin the back wheel

Try adjusting the screw outside the clutch on the side case of the engine. It may be too tight. Try loosening it some. If you loosen it too much it won't go. It has to be in the sweet spot to grab, and roll freely.

Te salut ,am si eu acest tip de motor ,dar am o problemă ,când cuplez in spate are un demaraj puternic si trage bine ,iar in schimb când cuplez in față pleacă mai greuț ,nu are acelaș demaraj și daca urc o pantă moare ,iar in schimb pe drum drept fuge de rupe,menționez că i-am schimbat ambreajul ,este nou ,atv-ul l-am luat sh ,ar putea fi schimbate pinioanele din cutie sau ???te rog sa ma ajuti cu un sfat

Cred ca ai o problema cu cutia de viteze. Dacă ambreiajul funcționează bine în marșarier, ar trebui să funcționeze bine în față.

Buna ziua, dupa descrierea pe care o dati, cred ca aveti inele uzate sau o supapa care curge. Verificați compresia motorului. Nu uitați să puneți la loc șocul și să-i dați accelerația maximă. Astfel vei măsura corect compresia.

I used terminology = torque activated clutch (moped) = ratchet screwdriver = torque wrench (pneumatic, electric-drill, ...) with ratchet(3 positions, left/lock/right) I encountered youtube reply in other video = shaft engager = sounds more expensive than a torque(clutched)-ratchet wrench... = sounds like wretched...terminologies... duh. differential limited-slip distance-travelled difference between left-right wheels amount of clutch friction-slippage... and muddy 4x4/6x6/... multi-plate wet clutch leak oil to become multi-plate dry ducati cluck-cluck-cluck clutch... might as well 2 moped clutch per wheel at drum and at axle-shaft for more slippage... conmen-rod tie-rod shaft-axle... How to conceptual terminologies.?
