That tire already had 1/2 to 1 psi of air and it appears to have inflated it to 4ish psi(just at the point to remove the ‘bulge’ from the bottom and get it uniform all the way around) so Mr seller, can we expect 1-1/2 ish psi per CO2 cartridge? Specifying Of course for small ATV tires. I’m guessing an eighth of a pound per cartridge on 35’s and up. Also need a quote for a kit large enough for my D10 caterpillar dozer. Instead of spares I’m gonna just start carrying a pump And a plug kit. Hoping your canned air can replace the compressor/pump. ##flats suck

Hey Wade-- These CO2 kits are really only meant to give you enough air to get an ATV off the trail and back to a place where you can fill them up properly. Frankly, carrying your own inflation is highly recommended. We have several kits on our website that are specifically for larger damage. At this point, our largest kit is a 4x4.5" piece. Hopefully that is helpful.

what about a 32in UTV tire?

Jeff, great question. We haven't done much testing on tires this big but I would imagine that it would take 2-4 16 gram CO2 cartridges to inflate this fully. If nothing else, even 2 cartridges should provide enough inflation to safely get you back to the truck.
