ATV won't stay running.

Thanks for watching. This ATV was having a problem where it would start and drive but after it stopped it wouldn't stay running. The main culprit of course is the carburetor so after inspecting it it was shown to have some debris and a partially clogged jet. A cleaning was all that was needed for it to get back on the "off road". Thanks again and please consider subscribing.

After watching this video I'm pretty sure it's the idle jet I'm having trouble with. If I sprinkle gas in the carb it fires up and I can ride it all over. But when you slow down too much it just dies.

my latest project was an 1975 cub cadet international hydro static lawn tractor that had been sitting for 12 years. after doing much work and a lot of carburetor work I did get it to run and drive. Fast little thing. the funny thing is was that the bowl of the carb was plumb full of dirt and grease!!

Got a 07 yamaha and it sat for a while. Guy put a new carb on it. Not oem. And it will run. But does don after Couple minutes. Its weird it seems fine. Then its gasping for gas and dies and wont start and then later on starts back up. My rectifier is getting 13 volts so it's fine. Any suggestions

My four wheeler will turn on but it takes a couple pulls idk why but it’ll go and once I go too fast for a while once I start slowing down it’ll turn off. Is it over heating ??

i have a problem where when i drive my quad for longer distances out of nowhere it loses its power and just shuts down (i have problems with my battery idk if it's related or no but we always have to start it off a car)

Hey man i have a question i have 2007 kawasaki bayo 2wd. It usally starts up no problem but when it comes to giving it more gas it bogs down and stalls out. So it doesn't run very well even after i put a new carb in it runs better but still does it alot.

Any idea why a brand new atv will stall? Changed gas for the 1st time last night and it stalled for the 1st time after an hour. Now it keeps stalling when its breaked.

Hey I need some help with my four wheeler I have a brand new cdi box and carb today it will start but as soon as I give it gas it stumbles hard but will remain running I pulled the spark plug and it is dark black

Idle it down a little bit to keep wear off the motor after seeing that gas change the oil and that's all I can think of that needs done love the channel

Thanks for saying which one is the idle jet. I had my carb apart yesterday cleaning it and could not run wire thru that jet but could blow carb cleaner thru it. It will not idle so I'm going to take it back apart and find a small enough wire to go thru it. I will check it with light like you did.
