I've been trying to get people to binge this show since it came out. But they were turned off by the whole "dick graffiti" thing (i need friends that are immature like me). The show blends mockumentary with investigation and teen drama in the most creative way.

KazuoTV tbh, appeal to their high horse side. Like, it is immature, but the ending has such an important message. Like, kids who are labeled as fuck ups don't get chances. And when they do, sometimes they end up shooting themselves in the foot because they've accepted that they're supposed to mess up and it's like a self fulfilling prophecy. It's super pertinent and honestly is very impactful.

I thought it was very obvious that Chrysta did it. Also, it the theme of making assumptions without all the facts and releasing private info basically calls out other series like this for pretty much ruining some people’s lives who are most likely innocent bystanders

They did lower themselves. They got so low they got canceled. Yes, it is an intriguing mystery but the subject matter is unmarketable and they talked about and replayed incidents many more times than once. The main reason I watched through Season 2 was because Season 1 was good. If anyone tried to watch Season 2 first, it's extremely likely they just wouldn't watch the show and wouldn't finish the first episode of Season 2. I mean they had the whole "baby" thing (and showed the disgusting video) on top of the main focus. What did they think was going to happen?

It alludes to Reality Tv, social media, Mainstream media, Documentary Filmmaking, Teenage woes, celebrity status, authoritarianism, justice system and how the tag of High School Stereotypes remains attached and continues to define someone's life.

I binged this entire show about 2 months ago. I was on vacation and we were about to fly home. I downloaded an episode of this show on my phone and watched on the uber drive to the airport. I liked it a lot so I downloaded another episode at the airport and watched on the plane. I loved it. We got home around 1:00 AM and I had school in 6 hours. Rather than sleeping for those 6 hours, I spent them watching the entire show because I was so engrossed in it after watching those two episodes. It's show that builds and builds on each episode and leaves you wanting more after each one. And it was completely worth a full day of exhaustion.

This is probably the best parody of true crime shows I have ever seen. It's just juvenile enough to get the point across, but the fact that it goes so deep into the different layers of this pretty insignificant and silly situation is insanely creative and original. It's hilarious, but it also has a good mystery to it, which keeps you invested. I have not seen another show like this on Netflix, and people skip this for 13 Reasons Why and Fuller House. Smh.

Usually I only watch Netflix docuseries but this show was so well written and socially relevant, not to mention comedic too. It is an amazing satire, it makes fun of common things like how kids who had previous disciplinary issues get the hit from any good student cooking some trouble. Second season also hits a pretty serious topic, not going to spoil it but it highlights some dangers and advantages of social media. A true work of art in a underrated Netflix show.

I remember you hyping this show in a past video. Your enthusiasm for American Vandal is most definitely why I will be watching it on Netflix this month, dicks be damned! I can't wait to get into it. Have you ever watched a show called Banshee? It was on Showtime back in 2013, and it ran for four seasons. I cannot recommend this series enough! It has great characters, very intimidating and memorable villains, and enough action, blood, and gore, to make Chuck Norris jizz his pants. It just has a way of telling its story that almost immediately sucks you in. Characters die in very brutal ways. Some of which you have grown to know and love, and it completely rips your heart out. This show isn't just an emotional roller coaster, it's an emotional theme park! Give it a watch, Arturo, and anyone else who may be reading this comment. It is so good, I honestly believe you would be compelled to make a video and discuss it. Which would be great, because Banshee is highly underrated and criminally unknown.

I just finished the first episode and i thought i was really really good , it's well shot , well edited it's very funny ( sure it's a little bit stupid when you take it appart and out of context but if you get into it it's quite entertaining ) Plus the direction is really good , like not a single aspect of it is left out the fake youtube and twitch inserts are really well made compared to other shows and every detail has importance . Like the first shot in mcKenzie's room you can see a DXracer and i thought " oh that's weird that they would include this specific brand of chair , what is she a streamer ? " , only to discover a few minutes later that she does indeed stream on twitch . Like they say , the devil is in the details and this is a damn good show .
