Yeah, the audio is pretty crap, but one thing that still amazes me is how different Aubrey Plaza is here. I've seen her in some films, but I mostly associate her with the awkward persona she seems to play in interviews (especially on Conan O'Brien's Show - I probably watched too many of those :)). These guys seem to have good taste, pity it's so hard to hear them (even if they don't say very much).

Out of all the Criterion closet pick vids I've seen (and I've seen about 75) this is the only one that is gross. After seeing genius director after genius director come into this sacred alter of film and show child-like excitement, humility and gratitude to be invited, these 2 just come off as smug, too-cool for school, wise cracking shoplifters. I guess when your egos are that inflated you think its all about you.

Yeah I'll have to say I love Criterion so much but this video wasn't very well put together. The audio was bad but I can get over that. I wonder who is in charge of producing these? All too often the cover is just flashed for half a second amid mumbling and so one has no idea what the movie is unless one is already familiar with it. Can we hold the cover still for 2 seconds and say the title clearly?
