Yeah pretty crazy! After getting done I think the people prior just went in and added a bunch of fuel to make it safe but they added so much it killed power. The wrap is pretty dope!

@@BuildTuneRace maybe trying to compensate for heat soak too? I know those cars are bad about that. Maybe they didn’t have a dyno to do back to back pulls on. That’s a game changer for sure. Either way, impressive results!

@@TheBPHero according to a Goodwrench tech friend of mine, you are correct about the heatsoaking. I have been shopping for one of these for a while and he recommended that I not even look at one that had any power mods if the intercooler, intercooler coolant pump, intercooler reservoir tank and radiator had not been upgraded to larger units. I'm taking his word for it, as I don't know from any personal experience, but he said even in completely stock form, running factory boost and all, the factory units are not adequate to dissipate the heat from repeated hard pulls....

car was mostly oem when i traded it in. main mods were. 2.40” griptec blower pulley, weaponXmotorsports low mount double wide heat exchanger, airaid intake. csf radiator. accel 9070c plug wires, mishimoto 160* thermostat, ngk TR7 IX, creative steel engine mounts, upper and lower control arm bushings, kw variant 3 coilovers. original tune by serious hp made 502hp/546tq. m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGnPYY2io6x-mK8 wrap color is deep space by 3M done by spectrum signs and graphics. in htx!

After looking at the whole tune it makes me think someone a little went in and changed some things maxed out some tables and then pulled timing/added fuel up top to make it “safe” but who knows lol

Man I love those Caddys ... My favorite as to be the Wagon... rare body style... only around 7000 built and out of those, there's maybe 1200 Vs and no more than 60 have a manual trans... Here in Canada I could get a V6 awd for under 15 000$ But the beast V-Wagon are around 80 000$ if you can find one 100 000 for the 6-spd which is literally a unicorn here

I currently have a 2014 CTS V. It is my 3rd one now. 1st a 2013, then a 2016, now the 14. It feels slow, really slow. I must admit, I had a Charger Hellcat between the 16 and 14. The 16 was a great car, the Hellcat was fast. I have an HP MPVi2 pro. I would like to speak with you about what you can do for my car.
