the 40tfsi; same engine; check out the interior in the A1; i had the choice of the GTI or an AUDI ; the interior did it for me however; look howmuch more you have to pay

Have a manual 35 TFSI and its fast enough, tank to tank fuel economy I got 56 mpg with mixed driving.

That 1.5 isn’t comparable to the 2.0tsi, this is pretty much a gti engine thrown in an a1

There will be no S1 in the future. The A1 platform has no option for quattro.

Even if the case was that there was an Audi S1. It makes sense because Audi is the premium. It’s the same with the S3 and Golf R being essentially the same, with the RS3 being a lot quicker than the Golf R at a higher price point.
