Hello, friend! For 9 months, I've had exactly the same car without cruise control, even from the same year. I bought it with 169,000 km and now it's at 181,000 km. Could you give me some advice on what to watch out for? I've been reading forums where they really hate this engine and say it's problematic, but I haven't noticed anything like that. What do you think? (Mine doesn't consume oil at all.)

Only thing that require special attention is timing chain. You have to listen to it while starting cold engine. It there is no disturbing sounds from it than you are nothing to worry about. Just stay with regular oil changes (I suggest 10k or on year) and enjoy driving it ☺

Thanks, I use Mann filter (W 712/94) and Millers Trident 5W30 oil.

Hey mate I like your video but I have a question , so the led front light are stock on every a3 sportback 2008-2012 or its a mod ?

My headlights are stock, and I am not 100% sure but LEDs are only with xenon headlights. With halogen it is just a regular bulb

Thanks for that😊 and I had two cars with that engine (Octavia and A3), none of them had oil consumption issues! This audi does 12000 km (12 months) between oil change, and no issues whatsoever. Love this car 🙂

W moim przypadku to mocowanie radia wpada w taki rezonans. Chinakie radio ma dziwne zatrzaski ktore nie chca idealnie "siedziec". O ile o tym samym dzwieku mówimy 😉

Link z którego kupione zostało radio jest już nieaktywny, ale tak jak pisałem w innych komentarzach pierwszy-lepszy 8core, 8gb with 128gb będzie dobry :) Auto sprawuje się super, przez 3 lata i 40tys km żadnych usterek, żadnego zużycia oleju i innych niepokojących rzeczy. Świetny silnik, świetne auto, polecam!

There is timing chain instead of a belt and yes it is a main reason of most problems in this engine
