Thanks i did rebuild on my a4 b7 2.9 tdi bre, but now is leaking oil and the car brakes, before rebuild it was leaking diesel and had no brakes, no sure what i did wrong, any advise?

Hi, are tou sure it’s the only thing you did ? Maybe the quality of the seals kit you bought sucks or your pump it’s dead !!

Can this cause oil in fuel tank and car to vibrate at idle thanks

Hi, yes it can cause fuel leak around the pump (pretty easy to check) that’s why it’s good to change the seals and prevent air to get in the fuel (hard starts and vibrations) Otherwise if you have a lot of oil in this pump you need probably to get a good one or a new one.

Hello, When you have a bad tandem pump or leaky one you will see diesel coming out around it Also, the fuel pressure will not be high and you will have a hard tome to crank it Overhaul : engine will not run right
