Hi I just fixed my sun visor by following your super helpful video. Btw I saw many people asking about where to get the little clip or the metal clip. I found the 1688 a china based online shopping platform may be helpful. As I’m a Chinese and I get the part from Taobao( a Chinese version of 1688) . Hope this comment helpful for you guys. Just done this on my 2016 A4, only thing to comment on is removing the connection plug is quite hard, I tried to wiggle it out for 5 min and had no joy. Ended up pulling it with more or less all my strength and it finally came out. Taking the clips off are really easy too, I used a metal flat head screwdriver and took less than 10 secs to complete. Might take 2 or 3 attempts to put it all back together but easy enough and this video definitely helps alot.

Hey I’m sorry I know you posted this a long time ago but I actually managed to break the axel the sun visor pivots off of. I don’t know if you are catching my drift but it’s the left side and not the clip. I can’t find replacement parts for that anywhere

I have a vibration coming from the sun visor, when accelerating above 50km/h I'll try and remove it tonight to see if I can do anything to it. For now, I've just put in a cloth which seems to dampen the noise

I got it sorted! It was the mirror inside the visor making the vibration. The glass was physically loose. I fixed it by pressing in some weather tape in the corner where there was the most play in it. I'm so happy!! Now I can accelarate without rattles!
