i just today booked an a5...entry level spec n it comes with electronic seats for both driver n front passenger...this car is higher spec yet manual adjusted front seats!!

Interesting. This review was filmed in late 2020 so maybe the spec has changed. Also, are you buying it in Ireland, often manufactures offer different specs n different countries. Happy and safe driving, enjoy your new A5, they are brilliant cars!

Late response, but many Audi's have many standard equipment depending on the country you are in. If you're in North America, then many are standards features. Whereas in Germany for example, you have the maximum customizability to add or remove features that you'd think are "standard" equipment. You can make a very bare-bone A5 or any Audi for that matter.

I thought the s line came with standard virtual cockpit and digital air conditioning. I can’t see any extras on the car except the wheels

I think this car must be a few years old .. because all A5s come as standard with those things !!! And the dials and info screen look like the older model .. 💁🏼‍♂️💁🏼‍♂️💁🏼‍♂️💁🏼‍♂️🤔🤔🤔and this is strange because the video is only a week old !!??? Not sure .. I’ve just ordered a new one and it’s totally different to this one ..!???

​@@dmandhelen Hi, It depends what country you purchase the car in as often manufactures change the spec options and even the entry level options to suit certain countries tax system. In Ireland for example we have a very high VRT (Vehicle Registration Tax) rate on cars, therefore the entry level spec is lower than an equivalent UK car. The car we reviewed was registered in late 2020 so it is reasonably new. Here's the list of things that come along with the 's-line' upgrade: • 19" Audi Sport Alloy Wheels, 5-arm Torsio style • S Line front and rear bumpers • Headlining in Black Cloth • Decorative inserts in Matte Brushed Aluminum • Scuff plates illuminated, with "S" logo • Leather / Alcantara Sports Seats with S embossing • Sport suspension • Pedals and footrest in stainless steel • LED headlamps and LED rear combination lamps with dynamic turn signal in rear Black Styling Pack Hope that helps and we hope you enjoyed the review :)

So when I watched your video .. it scared me a bit because I thought I’d been done !! As the things we wanted weren’t as standard on your car !!! So I checked !! 🙈🙈🙈😁😁😁.. so you’re right .. different countries have different starting levels .!! Phew !! Driving this with 160+BHP is not doing it justice. Even a Golf GTI has 200+. It’s a beautiful car but higher specs engines with 200++ or 260+ BHP is better suited.

Audi's climate controls and manual seat adjustments is gross!! Every other country has the proper premium climate control knobs and electronic adjustment of seats! They truly shortchange the brand and Ireland customers. Shame on Audi!

Yes, often different countries have different specs, it's usually all to do with VRT rate etc.. Most brands adjust the specification of standard vehicles and packaged to fit into different VRT brackets.
