For me there is too much drone. I drove it like that for a week and it was horrible. And highway speed was burning my ears. Mine now has swapped baby resonators with magnaflow and rear mufflers from S4 and even now on highway is a bit much I think to add one more small resonator in the low rpm

This setup not for everyone. You right it’s loud and droney.. actually I am planing to install magnaflow 11378 to center of system.

So for this setup, is it oem cats, magnaflow 11385 in place of the center suitcase muffler and then a straight pipe to the rear of the car?

Nope. I installed magnaflow instead of baby resonators. No center no last mufflers.
