That is a normal sound....if your car make a whistle noise and you take off the oil cap and the whistle sound mute....is a sign of a bad PCV

I heard that the vacuum sound should be there as a sing that your pcv is fine, and if it doesnt make anny sound or there is no vacuum then it means you pcv is failed. So idk. I heard opposites on this@@davidt8786

@@cole4987$4-500…if you’re gonna do it, buy the kit that has all the seals, breather hose, etc. all those parts fail at some point. FCP Euro sells kits for 3.0t engines

And could u tell me where were the clogged part?! Thanks a lot I have a very-very little/small vacuum, when I take down the oil cap, than my idle rpm becomes rough a little bit, but after a few secs it runs smooth without the cap Then I put it back, and it becomes better than it was before. Oh, it's been a bit long 😀 my pcv valve works correctly, i tested it ✌️ Thanks a lot

what does pulling the oil cap prove?

When he pulls the cap off it shows that air pressure has built up inside the motor and is under pressure. When the positive crankcase valve is working correctly, it is supposed to vent of that excess pressure. Most oil leaks around the top half of the engine start with a bad PCV not doing it's job.

@@acoryevans4993 It DOES suppose to have suction / lower pressure inside, if it's the other way - blowing the cap off due to excessive pressure, that's really bad - some pressure is getting from combustion chamber pass seal rings on at least one piston and burning oil.

@@michaelromeo9393 One of the worst. It's defective from factory and will cause pain, headaches and big money losses: timing chain, oil leaks, oil burn from failed too soon piston rings and potentially scorched cyllinder walls. Also made of alluminium it will deform from heat.

Válvula pcv abierta ( rota) demasiada succión tiene el motor. Romperá las juntas , retenes , consumo de combustible subirá. Ralentí inestable

Também troquei a válvula achando que iria resolver o problema porém ainda tá ocorrendo a falha p0172, mas é uma falha genérica ocasionada pela falha p1201. Irei trocar as 4 válvulas do comando vvt para ver se irá resolver e vou fazer um teste de fumaça para ver se tem entrada de ar falsa,pode ser até a bomba de vácuo que tá apresentando defeito pois o freio tá duro
