Audi A6 C7 MMI display issues - Diagnosis and Fix!

I have a UK 2014 A6 Avant. Audi Tamworth quoted me £630 to take the dash off and do a diag. I said no thanks go home and watch your video. Already had box of fuses and this worked instantly. Thanks buddy.

Hi I have a 14 A6 Premium when I brought the car the screen wasn't working properly so I changed out the headunit for a flip out android 12.3 inch I love the new headunit but I still can't use any of the MMI settings especially the language part because the car has been in German since brought it about 2 months ago. Is there a way that I can get to the language setup on the dash? Or I have to change it thur the MMI system. As I mentioned earlier I have the android headunit in now but it came with the CAN BUS cable so I can switch back and forth from the factory MMi system to the android but when I switch back to the factory MMI system the screen is still black but I can use all the options. So I guess my questions is how do I change the language from German to English if I can't access the menu thru MMI ant help or advice would be appreciated.Thanks

I replaced the fuse on my 2015 a6 and the mmi screen turned back on and the backup camera came on as well, but on the next startup it went black again. Any idea what that could be?
