In this video I show you how I solved the loss of coolant from my AUDI A6 C6 2.0 TDI (BRE) engine that was nowhere to be seen and in the end it turned out to be coming from the flange located at the rear of the cylinder head. Once the flange was replaced, the problem of coolant loss disappeared.
