Don’t get rid of the seatbelt warning, it is quite good on the RS6 C7, it bongs quietly once, if you keep going it bongs a couple of times, if you still keep going it bongs continuous. If you intend not to wear your seatbelt, just get a nice carbon fibre seatbelt buckle and push it into the stalk.

Andrew what are your thoughts on " OBD11" I've not used it , seems a very popular alternative to VCDS?
@volkswizard2 жыл бұрын
OBD11 looks OK, I've never used it but it seems to have leapfrogged VCDS when it comes to consumers. Don't you have to use credits to do things? If so that's a very clever business idea. They get passive revenue while consumer gets the job done without paying a garage or buying the understandably much more costly proper diagnostic systems.
@richweston62022 жыл бұрын
@volkswizard ah I didn't know about credits! As you say very clever
@TheDarkhorse822 жыл бұрын
@volkswizard you only need credits for the "easy coding" which is basically having the ability turn adaptations on and off easily like a toggle, but if you're capable of doing long coding you dont need credits.

@@volkswizard I think there's something in the green or red menus perhaps or via a coding, i feel like it was to set the 'min volume' or something like that... it is possible but its a very annoying thing to have to code out. I went from a 2017 RS3 to a 2017 RS6 and the RS6 actually feels quite old in many ways compared. I has more tech, but there's a lot about it that really isn't as well refined. Could certainly discuss more about the differences in detail!
