Audi TT Mk1 - What should you be checking weekly on the car?

What should you be checking every week to keep your classic Audi TT Quattro Mark 1 on the road? Some of these cars are over 20 years old now and need to be looked after with the respect and care the deserve. Some of these checks are to keep you safe and keep the car in tip top condition.
This is focused on the Audi TT Mk1 Quattro but you could apply these checks to any car to keep it safe and working!

Very helpful, Andy! Especially since I was looking to buy all the fluids for my recently purchased TT. No hurries though, because it's not even 2 months (will be in 2 days) and I already have a cracked windshield due to something falling on it while parked, so I need to replace it and ideally shouldn't drive it. Can't wait to be able to use it again, so this is ace ❤

Hi from Oz!2001 silver manual. Have already replaced rear windshield lifting belts and added cruise control. Wondering if you could cover roof hydraulics in a future video. Mine retracts fine but comes up 6inches short. I have topped up fluid but may need more. Cheers, Neville
