You keep getting better at this! Love the vid. Never knew about the suspension difference past the first year of production. Good nugget. Would love to see a custom made "Gaskets' gasket " or flange to finish off that raw cut on the engine deck lid. Worried about water intrusion? I know the ECU is more forward in the engine bay, but I had issues with my v-10 from water getting in and messing up some harness connections, and the ECU unfortunately.

Good thought. I'll have to take a second look at the water intrusion. I'd like to find a better way of getting the engine covers back on first to see what happens when it rains.

I literally hate everything about this video if I'm honest. First off Quattro dude. It's legendary for a reason and they put it on the car for a reason. You just deleted the very thing that made this car an audi... then your gonna slap that hideous wing on one of rhe best looking rear ends of a car ever designed. If you were 20 I'd see why you maybe want to do this. Being 💯 your never gonna be driving this car at speeds that make that wing useful. The car already has a built in auto adjusting wing anyhow. Id recon instead of doing these mods. Id have done what I did. I have owned two r8s. Right now I have the last version with the v10 and gated manual. I also have a rs5 convertible manual and a S3 manual. My daily is the rs5 typically when I don't have the kids. Or I drive my wife's car. A cadillac ct5 blackwing and yeah it's a manual to. And then I have my favorite car of them all. A 2011 vw eos lux manual. I truly love drop tops and manuals.... it's sad how many guys call themselves car guys but can't drive a stick. But im also on the opinion that camaros and mustangs should only come with a manual and v8... Who ever would want a damn 4 banger mustangs? The last new car i purchased personally was the new lucid electric car and I loved it as well but damn does maintaining a car you can't work on by yourself suck.... I really hope you plan on keeping this r8 cuz man did you just tank its value... course anyone who keeps his cars silver or black I usually don't have much in common with. Lets also just be honest you wear crocs to don't you?
