"What horrible behaviour do I know about...well, the things I do are x and y, so, I'll accuse (their victim) of X and y". And, even better, when my victim is confronted by authorities or whomever with my accusations, my victim will say, "no, no..she did that to me" which will make my victim look stupid and not even original in their victim blaming. I appreciate prosecutor Woods feelings towards the victims and how he becomes emotional and how they are his kids. I didn't hear anything wrong from him and I hope he remains on the case. I will never understand families who still support a murder even after strong evidence is shown. if any of my siblings killed their children i would want them in jail forever. I don't think i would even want to bail them out. I hope i never face that and it doesn't happen ever again... I know it will but I never want it too.

Technically in the LDS faith doesn't believe in *a* heaven or hell. They believe that there are three kingdoms of glory. The highest is called the Celestial kingdom, and it is only for good LDS people, the second is the Terestrial kingdom and it is for good people who were not LDS. The lowest is the Terestrial kingdom, where evil people go. However it's not like a hell. It's a comfortable decent place, just a lower degree of glory. The only equivalent to a hell would be what they call outer darkness, which is where satan and other spirits who worked with him to tempt mankind will go. The only people who go there would be people who had the level of knowledge of a prophet and then spilled innocent blood, one example in their theology is Cain. In Chad Daybell's mind, he thinks he is prophet, and based on his own perception and actions that is where he would go. However mainstraim LDS would not consider either of them to really be prophets, therefore they did not have the level of knowledge to qualify to go to outer darkness. And even then outer darkness isn't a hell of fire or punishment, it's just non-existance.

Summer Shiflet is smart to have an attorney, but she seems willing to help the prosecution. Wood’s insult of Means isn’t too smart cuz he’s basically laying groundwork for appeal based on inadequate defense. On the other hand Means could be trying to get absolutely adequate counsel in for Lori, so a new trial coming from an inadequate counsel appeal is very unlikely. From what I’ve seen so far Means seems to be providing adequate counsel thus far.
