Don't move in next to me. I have the hardware and expertise to get you in deep trouble. Seriously tough, spend some of that money on sound proofing your audio room. This solve the problem very well and is a lot cheaper than a set of $1000 interconnects. My room is in the basement with the rooms tiny windows bricked up. 120 dbm in the room is 35 dbm outside. No one cane hear that.

This video triggered me. 4 volt trigger? no. Those class D amps and AVR's should be brought into a court of law. They should be required to give REAL measurements. 20hz-20khz all channels driven, less than 1%thd. Not the fantasy football crap they have now. 1khz my ass...
