Performance by Audioslave musicians was superb. Chris tried to cover for his ailing vocal chords and recovered with a voice that had incredible range and maturity. Getting a vocal coach was a blessing. I lost my vocals for 6 months after decades of teaching. I believe in the power of prayer.

Chris's voice was shot here. His singing actually got better in more recent years--probably because he got wise and hired a vocal coach to help preserve his legendary voice

@@StayHuman It was the heavy smoking, too. He also had to have surgery for nodes in the 90's, & after that you're usually never 100% as before, & problems persist.

@@StayHuman vocals can't stand the same the whole life specially singers who are constantly using them and the aging process is a big factor too

Signature Cornell screams Louder than life itself. Tim Comerford really kills it along with riff genius Tom Morello. Audioslave member Brad Williams is awesome too. Soon Chris will soothe his vocals and mellow to perfect by 2016. Buddies for life and supportive beyond words.
