The cops are so bad now, they don't even realise when they lie. "come here, come here, stop walking away" then "i never stopped you" These are the type of cops that cause more problems than they solve. Until a rozzer has reasonable suspicion that a person has committed a crime, then there is no reason to even approach them, never mind saying "come here, come here" like your'e a dog or something, what happened to "excuse me sir" if they really think they need to approach someone.
