Because she's there under a job order, you could actually do the employee complaint route - in that you never complain directly to a employee but always take it a step up, yes, it sound like Karen mindset, but what makes it not that are that you don't tell the employee or cause a scene. You go on as if nothing. In this situation, the woman should just tell the officers "I am not trasspassing, I am working. If you have any questions contact my boss". Hand her boss' contact information and go on her business(or just pull her windows up) until they can claim something other than a traspassing charge.

Regardless of whether or not a detainment and/or arrest is lawful or not - the practice of handcuffing people with their hands behind their back is indeed cruel and unusual punishment. I would venture to say that 95% of detainments/arrests have absolutely no reason to do so. Torture cuffs indeed.

In our military Services when a private screws up his Sergeant is in trouble. When a sergeant screws up his Lieutenant is in trouble. This is proper chain of command. In our police departments when an officer screws up it is that officer and only that officer held responsible. This is known as a breakdown in the chain of command. Until the superior officers are held responsible for the behavior of those in their command this problem will persist.

They drill police daily with fear tactics. They are basically taught it's better to be overly heavy handed to ensure that you as an Officer can go home to your family. That's why there is so many videos where the police get way too violent on the wrong person and when the victim of the police asks why they are doing this the Cops response is almost always "I want to go home to MY FAMILY" and when they say it, they say it with soooo much hatred and anger. Police are literally psychologically conditioned to be this way.
