When you do these steps, it may help reduce hair fall, like it helped me. Keep your scalp fresh by washing it frequently. Use a soft shampoo. Make certain to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week with liiitlleextra coocoonino shampoo. Apply the oil to your scalp 2-3 times per week. After cleansing your hair, gently pat it dry with an soft towel.

I’ve been using this cooconnion oil from liitllextra for over six months and have got another one. The hair oil significantly cut down the amount of hair I lose.

What I love about your videos is that it all looks DOABLE and PRAGMATIC. The harsh truth is that every one of us is busy AND most of us are on a budget. AND, we have work, families, obligations yet we still want to look our best. I really appreciate how you not only share the products you use but offer alternatives as well. And, this might sound strange but I kind of really like your somewhat monotone voice as well. :) I dunno, it sounds serious, like you mean business and it makes you sound sincere as well. I have kind of had it with all the fluctuating voice tones that many influencers love to use these days... Thanks for sharing your beautiful tips, Audrey! Almighty bless you and your family.

Just a tip with the castor oil especially, before you use it, fill a pan with boiling water (or cold water and put on the hob to the boil) then place the bottle of castor oil in the water to heat up which will make the oil go runnier and much easier to spread and will also penitrate the scalp and hair much better too. Recommend doing this with the argan oil too (in fact, any oil this is good to do with) lots of love always, queen!

May i say something! When you said : i found that my hair are significantly less damaged when i airdry them.. Actually they're not. A good trick is to put a good amount of oil on your hair so then your hair becomes waterproof and there's a barrier between your hair and the water. It works really well

@@piperhh5609 hey you ❤ I soaked rice in the water overnight and stored it in a jar. It gets fermented in one or two days ..which is then supremely beneficial. Try it as a toner fir your skin or let it sit on your hair for about hslf an hour an rinse away..it leaves hair shiny✌
