That colour pink looks so good on you. 60 year old beginner here. Tried working along with you with 4lb dumbbells and it was a killer. You make it look so easy. I had to stop half way and just watch the rest but I'll try again tomorrow.

My mom has been really struggling and I've been trying to watch lots of videos and read up on new sciences that could help her. You're full of so much energy and light and I'd be so happy for my mom to feel that way again.

Have you come across Dr Anna Cabeca yet? She recommends a high vegetable/green Keto diet for menopause. She’s also here on KZbin! Her knowledge blew me away! I’ve tried two of her recipes so far, and they’re amazing!

I’ll definitely jot that down about doing a video on how I got through menopause (from time to time please remind me, if I don’t get to it within a month)… Menopause really wasn’t to bad for me. The only thing that really rocked my boat were the hot flashes. That’s only natural with the hormones going up and down. Also I’ve been plant based/ vegetarian for over 30 years, so I do think that helped out a lot. Thanks so much again for the suggestion. I love this community!

@@PeaceIsYeshua yes more greens will help with menopause, along with going on a mostly plant based diet. Supplementing with evening primrose oil and adding soy products have been shown to help. She can also research on saw palmetto, red raspberry leaf tea and seed cycling (using flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds).

🙌🏻 I just love you, Pauline! These definitely look doable and thanks for saying how often you do them! You arms are amazing, and your skin is firm without any flab, which is so rare at your age! I JUST signed up yesterday to get certified as a personal trainer!! I got the idea to help my nephew, who just lost his dad and has recently become addicted to the gym. He wants me to work out with him as soon as he turns 13 in November, and I want us to know what we’re doing! 😆 Thank you for inspiring us!!! 💕💕💕

My brother was a very loving, giving person, and was loved and now missed by so many, but I trust that God knew what he was doing taking him home at 42. He is in a far better place!! A zillion thanks Melanie… I drink lots and lots and lots of water. I use a facial oil in place of a moisturizer… Please remind me to give you the name of it. I find that the muscle tone goes quicker when you are older I took a break of 2,weeks from my routine due to minor strain I was shocked how the tone diminished so quickly 🙏

Thanks so much Sandra… In all honesty it all depends on YOU and how you’re feeling that day. I have days (maybe one or two) that are solely devoted to cardio. But I also like to include it in with strength or resistance training. I never want that precious muscle (the heart) to think that I’ve forgotten about her😁. Beautiful day to you🙏🏿❤️🙏🏿…. One more thing, if you want to go full blast with your workouts I would suggest adding the cardio at the end, that way you don’t tire yourself out quickly.

HELP!!! I HAVE CELLULITE ALL OVER MY ARMS AND LEGS. It would be my dream come true to tone up. Do you have any advice for me? 🙏 I'm 45, about to turn 46... Also, what time do you workout? Greetings my Gorgeous Friend: Workouts usually start at 8am and on a good day last for at least an hour & a half ON an excellent day, I can go for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. I ALWAYS workout on an empty stomach. Immediately after a workout I’ll do a delicious protein shake, consisting of half a banana, blueberries & one peach. I use Sunwarrior Protein Powder & blend everything up with Hemp Milk in my Vitamix. That’s very filling for me, so an hour after is when I have my largest meal of the day. I usually do upper body MWF & lower body Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. By Sunday the entire temple is praising God, because I’m not putting it through any workouts 😁. Appreciate ya so very much😘🙏🏾🙏🏾😘

Unfortunately I have tennis elbow on both arms so anytime I try arm workouts I am in pain.
