August 9, 2024, ~6:17pm: Scenes from the Lackawanna River in Throop, Olyphant, and Dickson City, while the area was experiencing the remains of Hurricane Debbie.
The Mid Valley was very blessed to come through this storm as well as it did, as many other places are experiencing flooding. God bless those who are dealing with copious amounts of water.
When I passed the river again it seemed to be receding, down to 7.5' or so. So we've got that going for us.
