I was so impressed with the SSV’s! And have loved the Alt T Pro with Thornbuckers, although sometimes a little bright.... I used the thornbuckers+ for a moment & did not enjoy those.

The Alt T (blue) is SSV. The 335-style is loaded with Thornbuckers… I absolutely love both but the Thornbuckers are the better balanced pickups. My sound guy at church loves when I run with that guitar- not too bright, not too dark for all positions. The single coil in the neck is stellar!

That 335-style guitar includes Suhr SSV Humbuckers. I have become a huge fan of Suhr, and their pickups!

My first encounter with the "blues purists" police! You're right. I use the term "blues" lightly. I'm more in the school of Hendrix, Gilmour and Page, and the path they paved for Blues Inspired expression.
