The funny thing about Kesha at the time - he was climbing to challenger off stream and doing tank/hybrid on his main account. As soon as he hit chall he started playing AP nunu and demoted back down to low masters/Diamond. I was watching a lot of Pentaless (Challenger nunu player on NA) and copying his build to great success. Even though his overall winrate was really crap he was actually incredibly strong if you built him correctly.

Briars ult shouldn't be more consistent. It's supposed to be hard to hit, so much so that you won't be able to reliably hit it on targets not cc'd. That's how it's balanced. If Briar could consistently hit her ult from large distances without help from her team it would be hilariously overpowered, and as such, other parts of the ult or Briar's kit would need to be nerfed or changed, almost certainly resulting in a net negative change for the design of the character. It sucks that she isn't good at higher elos, but the choice is having a super fun character who isn't great (though she is still strong even in the highest of elos, she's just way higher skill cap and takes more knowledge than people give her credit for), or having a less bombastic, less fun, and less skillful character.

It's not about inconsistency, you just cannot hit that spell unless enemy let's you do it. That Ultimate is too unreliable, some people don't even lvl it up anymore, and that's so messed up. Remember, it's an ULTIMATE ability

@aliel9597 people are idiots. The ultimate is one of the strongest abilities in the game, it just requires brain power to use. Its not an ability you can just mash your face onto your keyboard and succeed with. You are supposed to only use it in situations where hitting it is garuenteed, like when your teammates cc someone, or when they are in the jungle and can't possibly move in time to dodge it. The ability would be far too strong if you could hit it whenever you want. The ability is not "inconsistant" necessary. People just use it when they shouldn't. People just aren't willing to accept that you aren't supposed to just throw around the ult willy nilly. Imagine if Yasuo could use hit ult whenever he wanted, without needing the target to be knocked up, that would, of course, be way too strong. Any possible change to Briar's ult to make it more "consistant" would change her for the worse, making her less fun and / or less balancable.

@aliel9597 I'm sure man. It's definetly not that all of the highest tier Briar players level her ult and use it properly. I'm pretty sure Drututt does level her ult, at least when he plays JG, I don't follow him though, not that it matters. One player saying that you shouldn't level it doesn't support you, and neither does a baseless claim that you are better at Briar than me. I've been playing her since release, in GM. If you genuinely think her ult is worthless and you shouldn't even level it, maybe don't complain if you ever lose on her

It's really not mundos is kept at a medium power lvl because he's op in lower elo cause people don't know how to shut him down early so they can't buff him cause buffing him makes him dominate low elo to much and we don't want another 60% mundo in bronze-plat. Same goes for champs like malzahar
