Goodness. I am nearly out of breath because I simply couldn't breathe while you played that! No one but you can handle an instrument that speaks so many languages and emotions all at once! You played it as the prayer it was meant to be. Thank you!

You made me cry, your playing is so expressive and yet it’s refined. So many musicians sacrifice precision in order to ‘communicate passion’ or conversely focus only on control and forget to lean in to their emotions, but you managed to convey both qualities. Thank you.

LSJ Tansey this song as well as Méditation de Thaïs bring me both tears and comfort at the recent loss of my mother. His playing has really helped me to release some of that pain.

I have been able to feel the sadness of the lower tones, towards a sharper transition of peace and tranquility, to end in a fight between the two of them in which serenity finally prevails. You transmit a lot with the sound of your violin, I liked it a lot, congratulations

That's a great moment for music. Take something "easy to play", not like a Paganini piece... add the musician and his instrument. He's left alone with the notes... and he made it all so uniquely himself! Wow! Gorgeous tone, beautiful colors, to die for dynamics... you're absolutely great, Augustin! I'm so very happy you exist! Thank you very much for sharing!🌹🌻🌹🌻
@garrymeadows44522 жыл бұрын
Yes!, every thing you say and more. i can never find the right words to describe the the perfection and beauty of a performance such as that. And he does it all the time. Another so called 'easy to play ' piece that he makes his own is nocturne in c sharp minor (Chopin). Like you i am so happy he shares his music with the world. We are privileged indeed.

This is my request, please, I would like you to make a video of at least 1 hour or more with this same Ave Maria melody that is repeated over and over again without commercial breaks. A big hug and Blessings. Thank you so much.

The piano part is not an accompaniment. It’s a Prelude from Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier. Gounod composed the Ave Maria melody to go with it. The piano part is an original solo work itself.
