Good morning, I have several comments. First, your explanation of force vectors and the use of compensating pull lines is very interesting and informative. Second, your crews dedication to safety is outstanding. Third the Eterra Screw is amazing. That would be the way to make firewood quick. Finally, your commentary is welcome for understanding what you are planning / doing. Please keep the videos coming. Thank You, Bill Howe, Cerritos, CA

I love the footage at the chipper! The crew sure shows talent with the tools of their trade. I found the 12 foot parking lot sweeper by Vermeer very impressive! I think I saw it on the job at the new police station, as well! Y'all stay safe out there on the coast, and keep supplying your fan base with these quality videos! I actually stopped what I was doing (shopping for a new climbing line) to come watch this!

@@samuelluria4744 I have a half inch 16 strand braided Polyester jacket over parallel stranded Nylon core. At the end of my climb today I rode down the last 15 feet or so to the ground. I went slowly, Blake's hitch DdRT. There seemed to be a lot of milking when I got down. It smoothed out just fine, but I'm wondering if something else might do better. If I had to go further than 15 feet, would the jacket bunch up in front of the hitch? Would I be able to get all the way down? So, I'm reading articles and looking for videos on performance of different rope types.

@@8ftbed I did a bit of research and found the when properly seasoned it's not a bad firewood. I thought it was softwood but it's classified a hardwood, so I guess a hundred bucks a cord ain't bad. It's not the greatest for sure but it'll do in a pinch. Just don't burn it if it's not seasoned, I hear it stinks.

I used to want Cottonwood as a shop-designer. We made wall panels for outdoor gear shops from it. sent em trough the planer and just cleaned the edges with a pulling knife. Beautiful, very subtle woodgrain, hardly changes color even untreated … not as heavy as other woods. If you know what you wanna do with it, it's a beautiful material! Cheers
