@@truefanforum3273 I mean, sure, some of the anger is just a product of petty jealousy or a desire to blame someone else for one's lack of success, but a lot of it is more than justified depending on the rich person in question. The wealthy have a tendency to make god damn sure that they stay that way, one way to do that is to limit other people's opportunities, meaning that a major reason why it's so hard to go from poor to rich are the currently rich deliberately making it so, which I think is a fair reason to get angry if you are actively trying to become more successful and you're convinced you wouldn't do the same thing in their shoes. Then there are of course the issues of large corporations using child labor and knowingly ruining the environment as well as just generally treating their employees like dirt, also pretty good reasons to hate those that profit from it.

I actually didn’t even watch past a minute 30. This girl pretty much stands for everything that makes me sick. I see people grind themselves to the bone, give up everything, and ask for nothing, and they barely make twice minimum wage. Or those who spend 4+ years in college and still aren’t over 6 figures. It just turns my stomach. While I am always happy for someone’s success, it just hurts a little when they sky rocket to the top and don’t even recognize how sweet they have it, and then they brag and just smash it into the face of others all the while look like a steamy pile of dung.

I don't think the "tax the rich" mentality while being rich would be that bad, IF they didn't insist they weren't rich. If you're rich and believe the rich need to be taxed more, you also have to believe that YOU yourself need to be taxed more as well.
