I think when you are handling adult nappies, soiled sanitary wear etc, you should really seriously be wearing biohazard protective clothing.

I was think that too when I seen all those sanitary napkins, adult diapers or nappies as some countries call them. It is surely a health risk and even more so that most had probably been there for years. Toxic molds and bacteria grows on them.

Dorothy's story was so painful to me. In the US we all live so far away from our families. I talked to my mother almost everyday for about an hour. I never could have imagined she was developing rapidly worsening dementia. She always told me she was great, she was getting her meals (in the US we have a program called Meals on Wheels that deliver meals to the elderly with mobility issues), she didn't have any errands to run (we had a list), and she was drinking water and everything else. I hadn't been to her house, 3 hours away, in seven months. It was wrecked, she was dehydrated, and all the packages for her meals were rotting on the floor. I won't get into it further but I have been CRUSHED by the guilt for nearly two years now. I moved her in with me until she started breaking out and wandering. I had to put her in assisted living and I go at least once a week. It's hard to imagine that it could get so bad so quickly.

@@iambadatnamingthings3547 don't be stupid. If your mother sounded fine over the phone and the only way you could see her other than holidays was to pay $400+ for a cab or a four hour bus ride you wouldn't be able to check on her often either. so sorry to hear this, wish you and your mother all the best! i can’t imagine how heartbreaking it must be, hopefully she feels better now. no need to feel guilty, it’s not your fault, and you managed to prevent it from getting worse. it’s extremely frustrating and hard to see how your parents’ health gets worse, and all these mental issues that are caused by aging are something no one can do anything about. wish you all the best!

I watched a program on youtube a while ago. These people who were really OCD and went to other people's place to help them to clean them up. One lady used to use bleach on everything. I honestly don't know how anyone can breathe all those toxic chemical fumes without choking. I lived in a a house where the previous tenant used to bleach on the carpet before we moved in. I have asthma and ended up in the hospital on antibiotics and several other medications to help to recover from what that bleach did to me. It was so overpowering. I guess if you use it enough, you become immune to it.

Even though my father and I used to clash, he lived with me and my husband for 18 years and I was there at the end when he finally succumbed to health problems. I'm grateful for you showing me this video because even though we didn't get along all that well, I'm glad I was there to help him. I think I would have felt very guilty if I had not been there to look after him if he was left on his own. This is a very common problem with older people who have lost their partners in life and the kids don't visit them through either neglect or living a long way away. Smanatha's story. She definitely has mental issues. Just goes to show that you should never take anyone's word for it. You need both sides of a story before you can make your assessment of the situation. I'm glad the single father now has a smell free home. Imagine having to live over that mess of an apartment. The last story. She must have been away a really long time for it to get into that state. It takes a while for it to build up to such a mess I'm thinking. So yes, I do think like you, she made the mess herself and was too ashamed to admit it. I think I would be too ashamed to own up to that mess as well to be honest so I don't really blame her at all.

There is mental illness, and then there is Samantha. It's one thing to be suffering in your own self harm and it's another to totally disregard the well-being of others. I agree that not all mental illnesses can be observed but majority of them can. We can all agree that Samantha is unwell but if she looked normal and healthy it's probably because she only cares about herself. Everything she said about her neighbors and rental association is classic projection. She's telling you that she's dangerous, that she's a thief, and that she lies to your face. Mentally ill people are not criminals, but criminals to come extent are mentally ill. Dorothy was ill. Samantha is sick. See the difference?

She has a narcissistic personality disorder. Comes from untreated trauma. Gets developed between ages 8 - 12. They turn into criminals, liars, etc. They are dangerous. And they project. So they don't have to take responsibility for themselves. She's not in peace with herself. Narcs usually don't go to therapy & change, bc they were born with weak genes. People with strong genes don't develop NPD, when they get traumatized. They become stronger from that. In this case, there's not much anybody can do for her. Besides never turn their back on a person like her! Sleeping with open eyes around Narcissists......!

It's so great when you have help from your followers or your sponsor. It's truly an act of kindness to do these cleanings. I remember the second two stories from before. And Dorothy's ashtray situation was really interesting! Spectacular job!

I don’t judge people . But , does it really matter who made the mess at this point ? I believe everything happens for a reason. And you were meant to help. Certainly I hope she has enough respect for you and for the fantastic job you’ve done by not allowing it to get in such bad shape again. Bless you 😊

I love watching these videos! Its so wonderful doing such a kind thing free of judgement for others in need. I do have a question though. Are you ever considered with your own safety? There a moments I feel a mask and more protective equipment might be needed to protect yourself. Some things are biohazardous and could be dangerous to touch or breathe in.

Auri,I hope you are doing well. I remember these cleanings and you and your helpers did a wonderful, amazing job on all of them. I find it tragic and sad there are so many people in situations like these. But if they weren't we wouldn't know there is you and that I think would be sadder. I am so happy to see you each week and the work you are doing.😊🎉 I send you a big hug and love!!!!❤❤See you soon,I hope!!💗💗🌈🌈

I hope you’re the most well compensated KZbin creator ever! You earn every single penny you get! And then some! It takes a special person to be able to handle those kinds of messes. We should all be grateful for people like you who take the tough jobs by the horns and tame them ❤ It makes my heart sad that these people have been so controlled by their illness/conditions. I hope if someone in my life falls into this situation I can help them like you have done for so many ❤ God bless you for this ❤

I would love to get my hands on some of the cleaning supplies. I wish we had Sini cleaning products but I have found a company that has similar products and I pretend its Sini cleaning products.
