I love the way her concerts start with the beautiful intro, it’s like you are being lowered into a fairytale to meet the pixie queen. She really should use an outro as well. I remember watching a concert by the Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), a spaceship descended from the ceiling and it opened to reveal the group, they did the gig and then at the end, the ship closed around them and slowly ascended, it was a brilliant conclusion to the night.

Thank KPeeCee. Mate, you did such a great job. Thanks for the translating. The sound quality is excellent. It’s a bit amusing that in her home town the crowd are a bit chatty but I’m sure they loved it though. I was lucky enough to catch her in Sydney in April last year. Wow ! what a concert! I think that it will be a while before we’ll see a concert like this again. Good luck and Stay Safe!
@kpeecee4 жыл бұрын
@Graeme Sandstrom And thankyou mate, it’s really great when you receive a comment like that. Yeah I was amazed with the sound quality myself. I bought the iPhone 11 not expecting that at all. Wow, so at what venue in Sydney did she play, that must have been something. About the crowd, she has a very large fan base in her home country of all ages. The camera crew were their solely to transmit a live stream on the night for people who couldn’t make the gig which I thought was nice. It was a great night for sure and like you mention, when will it ever get back to that situation again, I really can’t wait to see her again and hope to get in a better position next time. Can you tell me the other gigs she did in Australia, I’m trying to find a source that will give me all the dates she did throughout that massive tour that ended at this gig in Os, Norway. Cheers mate and you stay safe too.

kpeecee - I did a bit of research for you. My wife and I and a friend (by the way I was 66 yo at the time, my wife -55 yo and my friend - 64 yo - so we are not exactly spring chickens) -we absolutely loved the concert. The audience sang throughout much of the concert which was a big surprise for me. I hadn’t seen anything like that since my days as a Music Teacher when I lead Whole School Singing with the children and parents. The other curios thing at the concert was the giving of gifts to AURORA. She loved it and was very thankful. She’s something really special. Thanks for your reply! @Graeme Sandstrom Oh wow, I’m blown away mate. Thanks so much for this. I don’t know whether you have seen her documentary ONCE AURORA. From the time that was released, she seems to have been on a never ending tour. She was ill in the USA and had to cancel a lot of gigs and she had her appendix removed. The work load must have been tremendous. Well worth a watch by the way if you haven’t seen it. I watched it through a VPN direct from the Norwegian NRK Tv channel. The first time I saw her live was the Bergen gig at the USF, March 2019. In the crowd was a tiny baby being fed by mum, 5, 10, teenagers, middle age folks and I spoke to a lady who was 75. She attracts all ages and obviously like you say, she is special. For one thing, I have never seen an artist bring people to tears like she does with her lyrics and delicious music. People really appreciate her and yes, every time you go to a concert, people have gifts, flowers, paintings, it really is incredible. Thanks again for what you have done. You can add anything anytime you want my friend and subscribe for next time I post a video. Keep safe in Oz and thanks again from the UK.

I don't know this for certain, but the camera crew might be from the local TV station, Os TV. Have seen interviews with Aurora before made by them, for example one from when she turned 20, three years ago. Of course her hometown people are immensely proud of her, so a TV special made by their own station would be something of a highlight for all those who didn't get a ticket to this concert. Lennart Hedlund Thanks very much, yes I was very pleased with the sound and the video this time, just a shame that Fredrik is this side, when I saw her in Bergen at the USF in March, he was on the other side and Silja was set back slightly but she doesn’t move about so if that would have been the case, we would have seen more of Aurora but that black box didn’t help either.
