Here I am double-posting: To whoever did the translation/subtitles on this video, congratulations. Aurora speaking Norwegian is quirky even for Norwegian native speakers. I have never seen Aurora translated/CC'ed with such a natural flow representing her own unique linguistic syntax translated into English this well. It is probably better than when she translates herself while being interviewed in English in most cases. I can "hear her" in the CC, which is rare.

Wow thanks, that is a huge compliment, which I'm not sure I can actually live up to. I have been doing it for ~1 year as you can see in the list of translations on the channel, and I'm actually half Danish, half Swedish. With that background I could understand Oslo Norwegian decently from the start, but the Bergen dialect had me confused, but I have gotten better with practice. She speaks much faster in Norwegian than in English of course, and sometimes not very clearly, so it has often been tough, and she can sometimes say a whole sentence in 1-2 sec, specially if she speaks with some interviewer she knows or are comfortable with, and her most common sentence "Nei, eg vetkje" (No, I don't know) takes her about 0.5 sec, but I can spot that easily now. The guy in this interview with his dialect and voice have been very tough in previous interviews, but in this one it was ok, not too bad.

this is a very interesting interview, especially towards the end. i didn't knew that she is keen with modular synths. she probably like the 'silver apples' from the late 60ths. this duo was insane!!!1!

Thank you 😃Feel free to watch some of my other translations on the channel, and please let me know if they are cringe-worthy.

@@Aurora_videos I didn't cringe, it's understandable, but I did notice you translated 'hals' to 'neck', when 'throat', I think, might have been more appropriate... :)
