She is also an amazing human being with good values, she is unique and has so much passion in everything she does. She is down to earth and natural. When you get to know aurora better (live and how she is) you will understand that she dosnt make music to get famous she really dont care about fame.When she makes music she has something to say and to remind you about the important in life. When she was little she was in the woods so much that her family needed to ring a bell so she new it was dinner. So she has been in nature her whole childhood and I think that makes her super special because she has not grown up in media and phones she would rather be in the woods. She is just not like any other artists, she has control over her own career and over what she puts out. In her music is ofc nature her biggest passion and inspiration. With the story about the woods and Aurora, it gives a whole new meaning of the things she write/sing. If you listen to interviews you woulg understand why you get goosebumps. She does what she can for our planet earth and she has let her fans be a part of it, which I think is amazing. Her songs makes us not forget our planet and wakes up feelings about the clima crisis and it creats sympathy and love for our planet. Check out "the seed" official video first and then the live one. She also takes action in what she preach about, everytime we (the fans) buy something of her brand she plants a tree in south America. I have now planted 2 trees and It makes me feel good 💓 The way she speaks and her mind is out of this world. You should see the documentary "once aurora" that shows the struggle in the beggining of her career as a teenager (goes all the way down to 2016 I think) and you can see her incredible artistic mind while creating music, she write all of her songs mostly alone and are also a producer, she harmonies with herself in the songs, its just amazing The "HAIK documentary" shows her love and passion for her fans and her free spirit. everyone should get to know Aurora she really can change the world with her words and mind🥰And be aware of her lyrics they ALWAYS has a meaning behind them and is so poetic

This is a great video one of her best but you should see her perform this live,her performance of this song at her concert in lollapalooza Brazil 2018 is in my opinion Aurora taking this song to a different level and one of her best live performances the notes she hits at the end are amazing goosebump on goosebumps time for sure but also the emotions that she brings to this performance will bring tears to your eyes,trust me it’s that moving ❤️sending love from the UK.

Very very good reaction! You did exactly what Aurora intended for you to do - discuss the issue! She is super passionate about protecting the Environment and many of her songs reflect that (you might want to watch her live version of Exhale Inhale). The video is a masterpiece not only musically but in the way it powerfully conveys the message - plus it is a great song with catchy lyrics which keeps the message repeating in your head for days 🙂. You should now listen to her perform it live - there are several versions on KZbin for you to choose from. Please, please keep reacting to Aurora - she has so may great songs (and yes, she writes them herself - not only the lyrics and melodies, but also has a lot of control over the way they are produced). She is multi-talented artist and I agree that she will be an incredible force to be reckoned with as she grows in years. As far as the topic, I am on the optimistic side - I think there is a growing awareness that will soon force those in power to take action. Hopefully sooner rather than later. After all, the planet will continue on and be fine as the climate becomes inhospitable to humans. The planet will adapt, we may not!

Great reation!!! Aurora once said in an interview, that she didn't intend to make a political statement with this song... She's trying to reach ordinary people, because those are the one who are going to make a change (since is up to us to choose our polititians)... I can give you as an example my cowntry, Portugal, where significant changes have been made in the subject (like forbiden the sell of plastic cups and tubes, installing one of the biggest wind eletrical mill's park of europe and so on), because the "green Thinking" is been growing in the last two decades and companys and the government have to keep up with te "market"... so, she has a point: is up to us to teach our polititians and not the other way around... take care...peace out...

This is one of my favorite songs in the whole world because of the message it is sending. I love how you are reviewing it with such a level headed mindset. How you both express your opinions without fighting. So polite. However! In the way she expresses her hope, which is important to have, I have to agree with him that it is too late. It’s not that it is not possible to save the planet, it’s that we as a species are incapable of coming together to do so. In my lifetime alone, the population has doubled from 4 to 8 billion people. 40 years and resources are dwindling, minds are controlled by screens and there are singular people that own more wealth than entire countries. We’ve forgotten our connection to nature and that is going to be the only thing that saves us. Respect for life. I just don’t see that happening soon enough as much as I want it to.

It definitely was her. I think out of all the issues she sings about, this one is likely among the most important to her. She has spoken on many occasions about the need for people to learn how to live in harmony with nature. She is so in harmony with nature herself, that it often feels like she is here giving us a message on behalf of nature. Unfortunately, small changes people make like energy efficient light bulbs, while helpful, are not actually a solution to the problem. In order to truly address the problem I think we would need to be able to act as a single species, and so far we've not been capable of that.

Aurora is a child of nature....she grew up in the forests of Norway near her home. I would strongly suggest you view any of her songs from the Haik Concert in the forest, where she loved to be. The entire concert is 38 mins so even reacting to the concert in entirety is worth while. It is an experience that you will not forget....the truth. Aurora is amazing, and another song she made about the climate issue on the same album as this one is "Apple Tree". Musically and visually (music video) it is very different from her other songs, but listen to this powerful message she said about the song in an interview: " ‘Apple Tree’ is about the potential that hides in all of us. Greetings from Brazil, I love your reactions and discussions :) Aurora is really special, and the lyrics she writes always convey strong meanings. And don't feel disheartened, we may feel our actions to help preserve the planet are too small to make a difference but there's power in numbers, and I believe in the ripple effect - if everyone does their part, no matter how small, changes will happen. If that's a topic close to your heart may I suggest the song "Procession", by Nightwish. It's a completely different vibe from what you're used to hear from them, the lyrics are pure poetry and describe life from its very beginning until long after we humans are gone. What has always given me hope in the past years is the scientist community. Smart people are thinking even in behalf of the dumbest ones. There are wonderful ideas and solutions to tackle this problem and even if most of those ideas rely on a political movement or an amount of money that rarely is provided by private means it still does happen that those ideas and solutions find a way to happen. Personally i thought you should have played it through and then commented , it lessens the impact when paused especially when you paused so soon for nearly longer than song is. If you ever listen to "Through the eyes of a child" and pause , you should be aware that it would be breaking the 11th Commandant , Thou Shalt Not Pause Aurora when in full flow.

The Seed was actually supposed to be included in her album Infections of a different kind, released in 2018. This means that The Seed was written in 2017 and most likely even earlier, if you know basic math you understand that The Seed was written at least 5 years ago . I suggest you do the necessary research before writing a comment because the way you wrote yours is an idiotic attempt to say that Aurora copied another song

Sorry to say this but I'm afraid Andre is right I don't see any change and a lot of young people are more interested in beautiful clothes and expensive cell phones than anything else. Anyway the song is great and it's not aggressive or political she approached the matter in a philosophical and practical way and she's amazing as always. By the way there's no doubt she wrote the lyrics because they are so unusual strong and a bit wierd (lol) only she could write them.

Andrei is not wrong. China and the U.S are a big part of the problem also when it comes to pollution. And they CAN do something, but a 2 car household and cheap crap produced is more important.
