A couple more horns could have really blown this up, in a good way. I think nothing tops the raw intensity of the first time they played it on Letterman. Most versions I’ve seen have the guitars mixed pretty low which robs it of that intensity.

If you need the crowd to enhance your performance, youre doing something wrong. Unfortunately it seems like these guys backbone. It turns out, their live sound engineer just really sucks. If you want to blame anyone, blame that guy.
