Low T does affect swimmer count. My hubby has that issue and had to take meds to try to improve it (fertility meds, not testosterone as that would have been counter productive and actually would HURT his already low count). So the fact that you guys haven't had any problems with fertility is a miracle!

All 4 of my boys had curly, long hair as babies. Someone would always comment on how beautiful my little girl was when we were out. I would politely say thank you, and then tell them she was a he. It always ended in laughter.😊

People living in an area that has longer winter weather tend to have more vitamin D deficiency than those in warmer/sunnier areas. i live in New England so the nice sunny weather isn’t long. I was found to be extremely low after being tested over 10 years ago. I had extreme fatigue and didn’t know what was going on. I had a hard time functioning at work and wanted to sleep all day. Found out my level was under 10 and the Dr put me on a high dose prescription to raise it back up quick and I need to take a supplement regularly. That alone will make you sluggish, never mind having low testosterone on top of that. Hopefully you can get your levels back on track soon and feel more like yourself.

I just cut my little guy’s hair last month. He will be 3 next month. I had trimmed it up roughly myself, but this is a professional haircut, and quite a bit shorter. He looks so handsome, but he looks so much older. It also removed a lot of his blonde highlights and the baby curls are gone. At one point, I would have said he had loosely curly hair. He pretty much looks like his hair is straight now. It’s so hard to let go, but life marches on. I will focus on what I love about his cute little self now before something else changes, ya know?

Hey Austin, for your vitamin D deficiency, to save you some time... I had severely low levels, and my Dr. prescribed me D2 in high doses. After a year It didn't help. My own research led me to Vitamin D3 with K2. I only take half the dose (2500 out of 5000) and now my levels are perfect. Good luck! ❤

My sister had the same crazy hair. Our mother took a wet comb or baby brush and flatten it. Tried to anyway. Lasted for a while then the red hair would spring back out. That was 1967. My sister still has thick and wavy hair. Oh and I agree with the person that suggested a TENS unit. I can’t take anything for pain because everything causes migraines. The TENS has saved me so much. Especially after a slipped disc. Sending love 💕

You two must have been struggling very much with your hormones being out of whack, in turn the low energy and 3 kiddos! Thanks for talking about it Austin and not being ashamed 😊 it's very normal for bodies to just be totally weird like that. There is no real "normal" to strive for, just trying to find what feels good for you and is sustainable. Vitamins as I said to Jess can really help in that support too. Hopefully soon you'll be feeling better 😊

I just had my baby he's 4 weeks old it's been the best thing ever, not hard at all love it, it's so calming for me and I started wanting another baby when I was still in hospital after my c-section. I'm not saying this to make any1 feel bad I'm saying this because comments about how hard it is to have a baby scares people and it trigger the feeling of failure and the post-partum depression. So any1 pregnant or just had a baby every1 and every baby is different so don't listen to others and just do what's best for you and your baby on your own timeline and what your dr. has recommended.

My husband had a TBI and did damage to his pituitary gland and has taken testosterone for 19 years. He takes a lower amount and has blood work every six months to check all of his levels. I was trained and I give him The shots biweekly. It is cost and time effective that way. He doesn’t have high blood pressure or isn’t extremely muscular. That is caused from using to much. He takes enough to maintain a safe level for him.

When my son was about 9 months old, he had curly hair down to his shoulders. I was at a bus stop taking him to a doctor appointment. He was in all blue, his stroller was blue, I had a blue diaper bag. This lady walks up and says aww what a cute little girl. I corrected her that he was a boy, she said no she is a girl. She argued with me for a half hour, while I waited for that bus, that my son was a girl not a boy. I finally had to say "look lady, I am his mother I know he is a boy do you want me to pull his diaper down and show you" (I really wouldn't have done that but she didn't know it). She was so offended that she walked away.

I met my BF when his son was 20 mnths old. I official met my son when he turned 2yrs. I spent 4 hrs with him for his 2nd birthday; I got him gifts and played with him before his bed time. The next day, I got to spend more time with him when they came over to my place to hang out for a few hours. Withing 4 months of just hanging out, that's when they both moved into my apt with me and my cuzns. Since then, we've been together for more than 16 yrs. Our son is graduating next month from HS. Can't believe our baby boy was a toddler, and is now and adult, because he turned 18 this past Feb. I feel so old already. haha. Take care of one child is a handful; we wanted to have a child together, but we knew our employments weren't gonna be able to cover having another child. So we just decided to just have our son as our only child.

I had severe vitamin D deficiency so my endocrinologist put me on a 12 week prescription course of a high dose vitamin d (think it was 25000mg once a week) and then after 12 weeks I was to take a regular vitamin d tablet daily, I get the 4000mg as weather isn't great here in the U.K!! It made a huge difference in my fatigue so I would definitely advise you to take vitamin D.
@Suebearish

That D is a game changer but needs K2 to assimilate. So look for a supplement that has both. It helps regulate blood sugar AND low D is linked to low testosterone . May want to wait on supplemental testosterone until get D levels up

BRITTLE BONES INFO so unfortunately because I have a rare disease I have bridle bones. It was caused because of this rare disease and I will tell you it is the most painful thing you can go through and it is not reversible. There’s no way to fix it, you can take injections to help strengthen your bones, but there’s no way to completely get rid of it, and most insurance will not cover that injection, also know Austin you complained not in a negative way but about your back hurting or being worn out in your legs and your knees after doing stuff and that’s part of it your joints, your bones your back are the first things that will start hurting first and then it spreads to your shins and your thighs and your arms and your shoulders and then you literally are almost into tears when you go to stand up in the morning because it just hurts to stand up. It feels like you’ve put on double, your body weight because your bones are so weak holding up just your regular body weight at that point and simple things like playing with your kids or walking your dog can break your bones. I have a dog that is 17 pounds. She does not pull on a leash very hard, and she’s on an extendable leash so it’s very loose and she ran and she pulled it just enough to lift my hand maybe 4 inches and it broke two of my fingers and fractured one of the bones in my hand just by her running on the leash. I was walking up the stairs, and I stepped wrong all the time and usually you just kind of catch yourself, but instead it broke three bones in my foot and fractured my ankle minor things like this that normally wouldn’t bother you at all end up breaking your bones I would definitely follow what the doctor said and do the testosterone just my opinion and also like you said, and I agree with you and Jess it’s a good thing they’re going to monitor you every three months but also they’re not trying to overdose you on testosterone they’re just trying to get you to baseline normal which can change everything for you in a positive way same way with women and their hormone levels

This is same with my husband. I give him his shots every 2 weeks at home. Not difficult at all. My husbands testosterone was fine till he had his vasectomy. Numbers dropped to the 200’s now he maintains at 700 around there. ( he wants higher number but doctor says no. It did help his osteopenia that actually changed to the good now too!! But when he is at that 2 week mark before his shot his testosterone will drop back down and he can tell. I say stick with it once you’re on it. I also say DONT do the gel!!!! Too difficult to keep away from and off of me and the kids. We couldn’t touch the stuff of course. So he switched to shots and they were more effective anyway. Good luck Austin and on a side note all 3 of your kids are amazingly beautiful and smart. Just love watching you all. Look forward to next adventure. ❤

Hey Austin, Jess and Lucas!! Austin, I know that you said that your Vitamin D levels were low. You might actually have a high sensitivity or an intolerance to the lactose in milk. My husband has this and he hast to take quite a high dosage of vitamin D capsules, but he cannot drink milk or eat other things that are milk-based. Hopefully that isn’t your case but high levels of lactose can cause many problems. I hope you can figure out why you’re feeling the way you do. Have a great day.

Austin, your diet can affect low T. All hormones are able to be manufactured by your body. Look into keto \ carnivore diet. Oh so many vlogs about it. Jess as well,by increasing fat and protein your body can balance out the hormones causing your PMDD; which are all built off of triglycerides and cholesterol. Yes to both of you to supplement the Vitamin D at 5000 units daily for 90 days until levels are above 50, preferably closer to 80.

At the beginning of the pandemic, I had found that my hormones levels were a bit off but thankfully, my doctor didn't hesitate in resolving the issue. My only regret is not being insistent on a hormone blood panel when I was 18. I'm in my thirties now. It would have made things so much better. Hypothyroidism is nothing to sneeze at. Our 1 year old has been referred to as a boy many times when she’s getting compliments. I never bother to correct them. Can’t be bothered and it doesn’t affect anything anyway. I just say thanks. She’s usually in a t shirt and sweatpants or a onesie, so I get it. I’m also not into bows or headbands so that might be why

There is some food out there that helps with building testosterone. Definitely look into it, to help with the levels, in the long run. To maybe not have to take such a high dosage testosterone later on

Austin, you be careful if you try testosterone cream since you have two young daughters and your wife, there are also tablets and injections. Testosterone have so much more to do with a lot of other things than just sex drive it’s a sleep your energy, your bladder, food metabolism and a list goes on and on Babies are so hard to tell at times if they are boys or girls. Happens to my kids when they where babies most times if they said my son was a girl I never said anything more then let’s say they said she have such a cute laugh I would just say yes he does

Hormone levels fluctuate a lot during your life so you could’ve had more regular levels of T previously compared to now. I wonder if this is why you’re not as hairy as Cam. And when we were trying to conceive, my husband’s T levels were normal and we struggled for 7 years and had to do IVF to have a baby. So hormones are involved in fertility but yours and Jess’s seem to work well together

Austin, you can check with your doctor and see if you could get a Vitamin D prescription to take once a month. That's what my doctor did for me.

It is actually been done studies on men and their testosteron as a bachlour and in a long time relationship, and their testosteron do actually sink. So it might be he was more average when he was young and single, but after having been in a relationship for this long it has gone down to a more noticable low.

Most of the population is low in vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin). I’ve lived in Florida (the Sunshine State) all my life, and I’ve been critically deficient for at least the past 25 years.

Did I hear right? Testosterone gives you brittle bones? My partner took a supplement and when we looked into it, the medical advice was that Testosterone supplement helps prevent brittle bones. Even if you do risk brittle bones, exercise and calcium supplement should help to increase bone density. Good luck!

I have twins, a boy and a girl. I’ve had them dressed alike but like pink/blue….. and people will ask if they are 2 girls or 2 boys…. No one ever thinks 1 of each 😂.. I sometiems think people say “he/she” because they have that gender and it’s just their thinking.. they don’t mean to offend anyone

Low Vitamin D means lows testosterone as well. The vitamin D and Magnesium supplements should help greatly with his testosterone.
